I sold all of my old parts to Nasty Nate and his dad. Nate has a lot of work ahead of him to get his ol' Camaro resurrected from the dead! Let's push him to get moving and post pictures!

She is looking good can not wait to see her standing on her own. Should we let the city kown that the roads will need to be repaired when you take her out? HaHa

More Progress on Suspension
Here are more pictures on the "very stiff" suspension...
Again, this is a Hotchkiss suspension including coils, springs, a-arms, roll bars, front handle bar, rear tower bar. This lowers the car 2 inches. Shocks are Bilstein. Also the power steering is the Steeroids.

Console and Air Conditioning
I can say I did something! Yay!
![]() I put together the center console with the Autometer guages. Wired them up. They are ready to go! The boys started to put in the Vintage Air air conditioning. They were not impressed with the instructions. They also had to make a few modifications to get things to fit properly. But, it's coming along nicely as you can see...

Very Sexy Curt!!!
I like it. That Moser is hot. Anybody notice the Vintage Rockford Fosgate Punch 30 in the rear?? I don't know if anybody but Bryan would know, but those "classic" amps are fetchin quite the $$ on eBay. I used to be into collecting the old RF gear, but it's getting outta control!! Awesome to see it in service Curt!! Keep the greatness coming! Ivan |

Wow Curt, it's really coming along nicely. I'm sad I didn't get a chance to come by and visit her this week.
When I was at Sema, I saw a color very close to yours. I think yours is still a bit brighter, and definitely has more metallic. Here's a picture.

A Quick Update
I saw that my new engine went into Paint.
Not much else has happened. Car Crafters has been so busy that the special projects have been set aside for the time being. I'm waiting for them to replace the roof and do the body work. What do you guys recommend for fuel injection? I've been eyeing this: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/EDL-3528/

Fuel Injection is definatly the way to go homeboy
. I sent some pics to Diana for what I thought would look really cool on a hot rod. Please dont ask me for pics it took me days to figure out how to get them to her , maybe she still has em . The system makes big power and the fuel mileage and reliability is the shiznitz lol. Looks killer too, BIG TIME!!! |

fuel injection
hi curt
this is your bro Troy! I'm know on this forum. about the fuel injection.... do you have 2 have a in-tank fuel pump and a tank w/ a sump? do you need a return line back to the tank? if so how big does it have to be? fuel injection should build great power and be super efficient especially since you have the computer know how to tweek the programming. Got word from my engine builder should have about 450hp from my 383....cool huh. did they ever open up your new motor and find out what's in there? have fun! later T |

More Progress
Here are some more pictures.
The gas tank is in and, yes, it has two lines (one is a return line). Here's the info on it: Camaro Gas Tank Sending Unit, 3/8", With 1/4" Return Line, 1969. I was thinking I would go fuel injection. The engine is ready for paint. It'll be red. Bryan is readying the car for the donor roof skin. The rust is getting cleaned up as we speak. After the roof is put back together, other body work will commence.
