Adams question
Are there any of the Adams line that are particularly BAD for the wax?
IE: I had some tar? spots that the normal car wash soap wouldnt remove, so I used a bit of APC on a microfiber and gentle wiped it off. Or overspray of glass cleaner, etc.? Just want to make sure I didnt just take of some wax too. Love the products! Jason |

Jason,
From what I undertsand the window cleaner, in and out spray, vrt etc will not harm the wax. The APC " may" as it is a cleaner. I clayed my road tar off so I had to re-wax and polish anyway. I am sure either Dylan or Junkman will be by to answer. Also if you are a avid Adam's product user you can go to Adam's Forums and they have a lot of great information on that site as well as freindly people always willing to help. Sometimes they do have specials for members. Just a thought.

APC and Green Wheel Cleaner are the 2 products to be primarily concerned with them removing wax. Glass cleaner to a degree might degrade it a little... but thats about it.
When in doubt just put a quick coat of your preferred product on the area... better safe than sorry. |
