We got the sunroof; I'm 6'1" and sat in one with a sunroof before we ordered ours..not alot of headroom, but I was OK with it and I like the seat all the way back and as far down as it will go. We went with the gray interior, no GFX or fuel door. I put a heritage grille on, Hurst shifter (not available as RPO on 2010's), skip shift eliminator and painted my engine cover. I also put on the quarter flares (the paint chips really easily!) and the '67 Camaro crossed flags emblems...some photos on this thread aways back. The car is really great; I had four other Camaros (including my '69) and this is the most fun to drive by far. We did a 3,000 mile road trip this summer and drove it nearly every day the rest of the summer; you'll love it!

Not 80's here!

Not that we expect those kinds of temps at any time during the year!! We've been in the mid-20's to mid-30's...finally got some snow on the ground yesterday here in Juneau. It's been crazy, Anchorage has had freezing rain, it's even been in the mid-20's as far north as Barrow! (For perspective, if Juneau was in Houston, Barrow would be on the Canadian border!) Climate change is here boys and girls, whether we like it or not. As might know, I travel quite a bit for my job and we'll be going back north (Barrow, Nome, Kotzebue) this year for boating safety; the loss of pack ice (caused by warmer temperatures) really wreak havoc with boaters; they use the ice as refuge if the weather gets bad by pulling their boats up on the ice and waiting it out...when the ice goes away and they have to travel farther to find food, they'll get stuck in bad weather with no shelter in reach...a potentially deadly scenario. I laughed a little tonight when the Fish & Wildlife announced a huge area up north was determined to be critical habitat for polar bears (mostly ice) and everybody knows that it's more about drilling for oil than it is about polar bears...the reality is that the polar bears will either evolve to survive without ice or die...limiting drilling really has no/minimal effect on the bears despite what you hear on TV/media and in some cases, the man-made infrastructure benefits wildlife! ....trouble is, those folks who live in their fantasy-worlds will never admit or recognize reality! ....WOW, did I ever digress!? Guess thats what happens when the Camaro is put away for winter!

It snowed a few inches last night and all day today; we've got 6"-10" depending on what part of town you're in...had to break out the snowblower tonight since nobody felt sorry enough for me to come over and shovel! I'll probably have to go out and shovel off the boat too...but, it's very pretty outside right now! Despite having to move snow, Alaska is pretty fabulous in the winter! We're probably in the mid 30's for a high and high 20's at night.
