Don't know if you saw, but one of the bikers dropped his bike at the end of the track. Hope he/she is alright. (she because there was a female biker racing at one point!)

Right or left lane? If I remember right, the right lane, whenever I was there, was horrible for getting any sort of traction. Ever. But then again, the Q isn't exactly the best prepped track out there. I don't think anyone I know has ever really hooked that well there.

What sort of times were you guys putting up?

Heading to Fontana tomorrow morning in a bout 6 hours. Fun times.

There were a few that put up some damn good times.. an old Ford Pinto took the cake for being the fastest though. Dont let that Pinto fool you.. its a MONSTER!

I did notice that both lanes were having issues with traction, more so on the left though. A corvette almost went in to the wall also.

It happened as I was walking over to my car, i saw it right as i was about to hop in. He/she was laid out for a few minutes and i saw him/her get up and hobble around right before the ambulance showed up. The bike slid in to the gate at the far end of the track. Scary. :(

i was in the left lane, 2 out of 4 runs were in the mid 9's my last run was the worst at 10.501 (spun the tires half way down the track) not bad for the first time goin out(in this car), but I can deffanently improve ALOT clutch feels softer after those runs though lol

Wow. Sounds pretty hairy. It's funny, there's a lot of sleepers that go to the Q. I remember, back when I was running down there in my ricerocket, I got smoked by some 1980's Colt with a Papa John's delivery sign on the roof. It was running low 8's/ high 7's. Lol.

Anyways, like I said, there's always been traction issues there. It's pretty much a parking lot your dragging on. What about Barona? Or Irwindale? Anyone been to these tracks?
