The 2008+ is about a second quicker to 60 mph and a second quicker thru the 1/4 mile versus the 2003-2007, and the 03-07 is about 1-2 second quicker on both than the 98-02 V6(only came in automatic).... so theyv'e been progressively getting quicker ??

I was being sarcastic about them not being a hot car. I don't care if they are a 12 sec car, they are still not cool. Besides, how many manual v6 accord coupes are out there? Of the ones that are, how many have somebody behind the wheel that even gives a crap how fast it goes?

I know but the people that get the 6-speed manual I would bet car somewhat about acceleration and performance, heck the new body style looks pretty good if you ask me... People that drive them aren't trying to be "cool", they just want a reliable, great looking, fun car that they can drive around, performance pertains to fun to a degree as well.... Accords are great cars no matter what stigma you want to attach to it, they have no real true faults to them, the new 08-present coupes don't suffer the anonymity issues that were prevolent in the 03-07 gen. either which was it's only slight fault. |

EDIT: Wait... the Accord V6 starts at like $30K. That's a little too much IMO. |

i think they start at 29K and go as high as 34k if i remember correctly. Yeah thats a bit expensive but its supposed to be an ultra reliable car and safe enough for a five star crash rating and hold their value really well!!
