CONGRATULATIONS UTEP Graduate Jonathan M. Lozano Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Last night was UTEP Graduation, and one of our own was part of the ceremony, earning his Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering. I would like to Congratualate him on this huge milestone in his life.
