yea, all the weather is calling for rain in east tn on sat. that sucks. we should've had an evening meet today (? comments). I hope we can do this, but maybe in jan.

A better start time to beat the weather would be no later than 11am. Looks like those of us closer to Knoxville will see rain begin at 3 to 4pm. Rain won't hit Maryville till approximately 4pm. I've wondered about the middle of the day meet times, kinda screws up the day.

Well its hard to please everybody but we can always change the time. I'm gonna say we try the next weekend because they are already laying salt on the roads. What do you guys think?

Maryville & Knoxville

10% Chance of Rain up until 5pm then kicks up to 20%.

At 10PM it kicks up to 50%....11PM 60%....So It sounds like the rain is moving in late Tonite

and I guess there is also the freakin Salt issue.

Hey Dave.........Like I said, our Dads would have instantly kicked our Asses for saying we can't drive our cars in the rain, salt etc..........when they used their muscle cars for hunting, fishing and even had towing hitches installed to tow other cars to the track to drag race.

I can't make it. I'm an hour from knoxville right now and I needed time to get the car out of storage and dust her off. and I won't bring the car here as the last 2 miles of road is gravel. not as complicated as it might sound, just a situation. if you guys go today I hope you have a good time with clear weather.
