Dove tail looks classic on this car... The firebreather looks like the GTO spoiler...The High wing looks like the Mustang svt/saleen spoiler. I was seriously upset when I had seen the new T3 Bumblebee with its stupid "ricey" spoiler and its wheels. The TT hood and body kit with the exhaust is cool...but the rest looks like a hotwheel. I guess they are just trying to appeal to the young crowd, but I am 24 and this, in no way, appeals to me.

The wing on the Transformers 3 car looks hot.

I agree, I don't like too many wings other than the stock one, but i would buy this one if they made it.

Would like to see some more pics, Anybody?

I do like the SSX wing but I think this one looks pretty inline with the curves of the Camaro. I would buy this in a heartbeat!

GM High wing spoiler

I just got my stock GM spoiler put on my Camaro! It took about 6 months and finding the right contacts!

definition of a "ricey" wing

I'm kinda worried people on this site don't exactly know what a ricey wing looks like.. the "high wing" available for the Camaro is about as far away from high as spoilers get and still be called a "wing".. granted, if it were any higher, it would probably look bad. but it is what it is, and if you think it looks good. awesome. if not, well ok then..

^^^ This is the high wing spoiler for the Camaro. HARDLY high. sporty in my opinion, in fact, i want one. ^^^

^^^ This is a "ricey" spoiler. unlike anything on a Camaro. ^^^

Besides, this is the year 2011. I don't get why there are so many people that think these cars shouldn't be fooled around with. let people do what they want with their Camaro. the 5th gen is the only Camaro that's ever looked genuinely good with such a variety of aftermarket parts.. They look just as good with the "heritage" look as they do with a modern one. calling it 'ricey' just isn't accurate..

To each there own, I think in some cases the high wing spoiler looks good... If I could try a couple and find the one I like I would do it but with prices anywhere from $200 to 1200 it would get expensive to find the right one...

Here are some pictures with the "wing" spoilers

I disagree completely. It would not rice out a Camaro. This one a 95 Civic HX would be rice. But a functioning wing on a performance car with over 400hp is not rice at all, it's functional. Rice is when you put this stuff on a car and it’s not functional, you are just trying to make it look fast.

at smea gm was saying late winter they would release the wing, after a functionality driven redesign, and it had to be moved up to be functional.
the wife will only let me buy this one, and none else.
so your saying its finally available?

2013 Camaro & High-Wing Spoiler

I'm getting a 2013 Camaro and the only options I'm getting are the color(Inferno Orange Metalic), the High-Wing Spoiler, and the Body Color Grille. I've shown the comparison between the two to everyone I could and 100% say the options make the car look considerable more appealing.

True, when you buy an auto the functionality should be the first consideration. But let's face it. . . one of the main considerations after that is the appearance whether or not it's "functional" options. I say Go for the High-Wing Spoiler, and consider the body color grille while you're at it.
