Drag strips - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I'm possibly relocating to the Hillsboro Or area. Are there any drag strips out there where you can run your cars? Just a test and tune deal not looking to bracket race or anything like that. Just a friendly spin @ 100 mph or so

Yes Portland International Raceways just out side of Portland & then there is also Woodburn in Woodburn oregon.

of course there is also Bremerton raceways in Bremerton washington & Pacific Raceways in Kent washington

at BR & PR we do car club challenge which is a friendly racing even with all the diff car clubs.

Woodburn dragstrip 1/4 mile, Portland raceway 1/8 mile and road course. Our Camaro club (PNWCC) races at Bremerton Raceway and Pacific Raceway in Kent,Wa. Pacific also has the NHRA Northwest National In August.

I think there's a track and drag racing at Portland Raceway, and there's a 1/4 mile track at Woodburn.

That's good new. I race down here @ Bandimere. Definately will miss the Mile High Nationals. I knew the big boys raced up there so I'd be planning on making it a yearly trec. Bandimere is very cool set up against the Mountain. If any of you haven"t been down here (Colorado) for at least 1 event your missing something.
Thanks for the input. If things pan out it would put me up there right around the beginning of the season.
