You know, you just might. You want a used one anyway...and with the convertibles coming out, you just may get one that belonged to a guy who's getting rid of it in order to get one of convertibles.

If you will wait that long, you very well may get a good deal. But I'm kind of thinking that it will be guys turning SS's as opposed to the V6 Camaros. So if you want an SS, that would be the time to do it.

Not allowed to get an SS. My dad wants me to get one, mostly because he want to drive it too, but my mom doesn't trust me with an SS. She seen how I drive cars. I have this problem my doctor diagnosed as "lead foot"

The SS is very powerful. If I had had one as my first car, I would have wrecked it! The thing is, even the V6's are pretty powerful too! Normally, I would never say this, but since your dad wants you to get an SS, DO IT!!!! You're going to spend alot of money, so you might as well go for the gusto and get the V8! Years from now, you'll be happy you made that decision!

I wouldn't race it, but fast acceleration to the speed limit would happen quite often

I would love a V8, but my mom won't allow it plus my sister got a charger v6 so I think she get jealous if I got a v8. At the same Time I could replace the badges with RS logos, and she never know

Seriously, get your dad to work on your mom about it! There is nothing wrong with that V6, but it still isn't the same. And you touched on it. It's all about the acceleration!!!! The speed is fun, but you almost never can get to enjoy it! BUT, the acceleration you can enjoy from one streetlight to the next....Over, and over, and over, and over, and over, etc.!
