well also , a lot of guys are posting vids playing sound...no one is taking into effect that what you hear now on a new system is not what you hear 3k miles later...soon as the mufflers break in and heat up the sound will increase and drone will increase...always go with reputable mufflers..or you will be sorry ...no sense paying twice to get a quality sound

Give the company a chance! Who knows we may have another option here. Besides they are supporting vendors on this forum and they paid for the right to sell here.

They have offered a great price to get a product out for us to decide on so give it some time for heavens sake

Cool

Drone is different than noise...it's more like vibration...or buzzing or...it is annoying as hell. I have it with mine only at low rpms in 6th gear like from 1500-2000 rmps. I used to cruize down the highway in 6th gear at 75-80 mph sitting just below 2K rpm but now I can't stand the drone if I do that. Besides..it's a good thing I don't...not suppose to run the engine at low revs in 6th...increased load on the engine. Now I run at 70 mph in 5th at 2500 rpms and no drone only sweet exhaust tones!

ARH 1 7/8 long tubes, HF cats, 3" pipes, SLP loud mouth II axle backs, edlebrock e-force SC, upgraded plugs, wires, 160 thermometer. 496tq/507rwhp

I installed this system over the weekend. No issues, and the previous comments are spot on. Pre-install dyno posted in the L99 thread 340rwhp/370rwtq with only the muffler delete. Friday morning the 24th, doing a dyno pull with the new system, then tune, then redyno. Results to be posted shortly thereafter.... stay tuned....

@BlackSS: Jon from Oversteering has my before/after numbers for a stock L99. He should be posting them any time now. Without letting the cat out of the bag, lets just say the numbers will certainly justify your decision. Seeing that you have a CAI intake, you're gonna be real happy. My pulls were done with the factory air-box.
