Not only does this mysterious hand signal not make sense but is impossible to hold for more than a second according to the description il just stick to giving the bird.

And yea my cousin asks every one to race. Like every one, Minivans,Trucks,Skateboarders if your on wheels and i drive buy with an italian kid in the passenger seat your going to get asked to race...and if you say no were racing anyway, you ( and me ) just don't know it yet... Don't blame him tho, he drives a 90 accord.
