Is anyone using the Vararam air intake? If so, how do you like it and did you dyno it?

You're really not going to be able to tell the difference in sound... The Axle back part will determine that...

Where are those dyno results and install pics? Did you keep your stock mufflers?

BFE Headers

Headers arrived 1/3/11

I visually inspected them and I can see where the bending tool indented the piping a little. Plus there is a little grit (looks like fine sand under the finish) here and there near the welds. Is this normal for stainless steel?

From my "very little" welding experience I know that when your welding something and it is on a steel welding table that is grounded if any part of the object is not grounded good it will spark between the table and the object causing that small spark burn mark or sand grit type imperfection that looks like slag but its not. Its pretty normal for hand made stuff!

BFE Headers

I took some pictures of the inside of my new headers. Also, tried to get a picture of the outside "sand pimples" They are just under the flash reflection in the last picture.
Also, a picture of the inside of the cat.

I tried to upload pictures but it said I did not have a "security token"

How do I get one???

I got it. I could only upload 2 at a time. It did not like uploading 6 at a time.
