Leather stitching

I think it would be cool to change the color of all the white stiching on my leather to red to match the VR paint. Has anyone tried this or know how or if it could be done without a total reappolstry job? I'm thinking die but not sure if there is anything that would work.

A good upholstery shop can do anything.

Call me crazy, but I've used Sharpie markers on lots of things, including my car.

That same thought crossed my mind, but I figured it would fade and end up looking too dark or something.

Check around on here, lots of people have done this with a cloth type dye that you can buy at a craft store.

You can dye if you really want it and be the most inexpensive way. IMO not worth the work on the whole car.

I did my yellow. Turned out Great. I used the fabric dye pen. It took about 1 1/2 hours. Best time and money I've spent.

Think I'm going with the fabric dye pen from Hobby Lobby. That seems like what was used by more people than anything else.
