I have no problem with my BFE headers, so far. Once I install them and use them I will report back. My car is in for the winter right now.

When it comes out it will have headers and Phadt stage 5 suspension.

As far as the motor is concerned, I have not decided what horsepower I want yet. I'm thinkin 600 to 700 rwhp right now.
Cool... I think where we mis-understood was ARH PMing you... now we understand you asked him a question first. Nick is a wealth of information, and I love my ARH... but if I had it to do over...

I already have a CAI intake and a tune from Vector Motorsports, so I'm good there. I did update the tune file once the headers were installed. As for being neighborhood friendly, I'd say yes, as long as you don't get on it much. I carpool to work with a neighbor across the street and down a few houses and she heard me start it up on the one day I was able to drive it to work. So she knew I was on my way......And it was in my garage when I started it up. So it's definitely a lot louder than when I was running the Borla S axle back only.

Here's a little more info from a 3rd party on the quality of metal used..

The metallurgist in this document confirmed that the 304 stainless steel used to build all of the headers and x-pipes is considered “good quality” and all elements are within the range of 304 SS.

Not that I had any doubts...

Good to see that Big Flow Exhaust uses high quality 304ss material. I didn't have any doubts either!

We are offering these now, we have a car that will be installing them next week and will post up pictures and dyno results. Baseline, after header install and then a tune after header install.

Fully polished system made from 304ss and certified. Made in the USA and for a good deal. pm for introductory pricing.

C5 Member Duke won the drawing we had at the Corvette/Chevy Expo last week. Big Flow donated headers to our club for raffle and... ARD installed and tuned for free.

Not sure what the baseline dyno was, but his L99 put down 371/386 which are exactly the same as my numbers w/ the same mods on the same dyno.

And the polish looks sweet...
