Unfortunately some will never drop it, no matter what you do. Its like the Obama birth certificate thing, some people are never satisfied and just like causing problems. Just ignore those posts and focus on making a great car even better.

Do both. High flow cats and bushings.

If you are wanting to do handling upgrades check out the vendor section for some of the suspension packages they are selling. I think you can find a package that suits your needs there and they sell the packages on different levels depending on how serious you want to get with the handling aspects of your Camaro.

I say handling, I had a vendor at a local car show tell me you can hit a blind curve at 40 mph with the right setup.....

neither, I'd go for lessons at a performance driving school first. That way you'll have a better idea of where the limits of your car actually are, and what to improve upon to suit your preferences and abilities.

As for the choice, handling. 312HP is good for now.

Tim "the toolman" Taylor says, "MORE POWER!" *grunts*
Upgrading the sound is probably a good idea too. It's a personal decision, but my car handles fine (without any mods) for the streets, so I'm going with power, sound and some cosmetic upgrades.
