Interview literally took five minutes. I went in at 8:55, did the interview, signed some paperwork, and was out the door by 9:09.

Just need a background check and a physical. Will also have to head home to get my CDL permit sometime soon.

My dad told me that I'll be stuck with this car for a looooooooooong time so I might as well start working on it.

Hey- at least it's not a junker, it's safe, and isn't a likely break-in candidate. Zach's Ranger got trashed outside his apartment this week while he was away on Air Guard duty - one of his roommates had his vehicle broken into also.

CDL as in commercial drivers license? Why you need that? I have one. It's easy to get, if that's it but my guess is it's something else.

She's officially a garage queen now, parents won't let me bring her to campus, and I don't think they will next year either. Still trying to figure out how they expect me to live off-campus without a car, but I think my friend's going to park her Taurus in my parking space, so I'll at least have access to a car.

The job I applied for was for "Ohio State University Transportation and Parking Services Student Vehicle Operator."

Fancy term for..."bus driver."

My awesome new ride whenever I finish training...

Hahaha it's funny to see a CABS bus on here man I thought about applying for it but I have a couple points on my license so I doubt I'd get the job.

Fen-
I lived off campus for several years without a car. I lived about a mile north of campus when I was in grad school. It's a nice walk.

Nice, as long as u can drive one of those monsters properly. I almost had the front end of the work truck taken off by an idiot in one of those. I was stopped right at the line and he cut the turn too hard. He wasn't going to stop, but barely did. For some reason he expected me to back up with a line of cars behind me.
