Thanks Jason, I appreciate that

Wacker is the other guy were doing the Inferno Orange Metallic powder coat on the housing and axles for.
I love seeing wild colors under cars, it looks really good.

Thanks
Chris

Definitely appreciate the custom stuff. I'm guessing I'll need to wack off the stub on the output shaft that is used for stock driveshaft alignment. Otherwise you'd have to make a piece at least that thick, way too much weight addition.

On another note, David at Circle D has managed to fix the notorious weak 3-4 shift on the 6L80E. He's made some significant valve body modifications. WOT shifts with no TM are happening at 50ms. Most guys are lucky to see 150ms. He has some more fine tuning left, but all results are promising. The custom billet stuff should be in soon, some serious improvements in overall clutch capacity.

Don't meen to thread jack, just want to spread the word to the big HP guys.

Are you going to use the slip yoke your working on or do you want me to make the new bolt on flange?

Is there a possibility of adding pluming ports for rear end cooler for us road racers?

Yes, we can weld in steel AN ports for this. Just let know if you order one and we can do that.

I'd like to run the bolt on setup first. Maybe switch later to a slip. I really like the CV setup, especially if I can bolt it right up to a billet yoke.

How much fluid is this unit going to hold and what fluid do you recommend?

Sounds like a plan

It will hold close to 3 qts but you dont have to put that much in it.
I'd just use an off the shelf lube like Castrol Hypoid or something. No friction modifier is needed with the truetrac.

Thanks
Chris

Not sure I want to run a truetrac after some forum reading. I plan on putting down around 700HP in a 3900lb car. I think that exceeds the limits of the truetrac. What are some other options BESIDES a locker? Will a spool affect the ABS at all?

Yes, we just did a 35 spline wavetrac with the matching 35 spline stubs for Speedster.
