Has anyone bought a full sized spare for their LS? I'm wondering where is a good place to get the 18" tire + wheel for a good price. I'm planning on getting a scissor jack and lug wrench off of amazon. Also, is there a good way to tie down the tire in the trunk, since it won't fit in the wheel well?

I don't think any Camaros come with spares as standard equipment, but V^ models can get the space saver spare as an option. A full size spare won't fit in the well in the trunk.

If you want to buy a full size tire/wheel, go into a Discount Tire Store. They always have low price options available, and finding one in 18" shouldn't be a problem.

Or check the member classified on this site and EBay for another V6 owner who has upgraded his wheels. There are plenty available - you'll just need to find someone willing to split up a set.

My v6 had the option. Was quite expensive.. 140-240 i think. Could get a junk yard/ebay gto spare if your cars a v6 i think. Gto had a black aluminum spare, camaros uses a steel wheel.
