Does anyone know / have you heard about the results of the consensus today?

I got my consensus and the V8's are free flowing my first SS order will be filled to spec!

Was that SS pre-sold?
What was your PGN if you don"t mind me asking?

My dealer has been great thus far but I haven't heard from him today?
I'm not sure if he worked today or not.

To give you and example.I went to my dealer and they had 18 allocated.The concesus said they would recieve 2 cars for the first month.They want find out what these cars will be for a few weeks.I hope this helps.

From what I've gathered, today's concensus numbers per dealership mean nothing as far as V6 or V8. That information is part of the weekly concensus coming in early March. GM is being so ambiguous though, I'm not sure anyone knows exactly what these numbers mean.

So, essentially, dealers found out today how many they can order during the first run, however, they will be limited based upon any constrsints during the actual ordering process??

Does anyone know what date the dealers actually get to place their order? When does the weekly allocation/ordering process start?

The initial number GM gave to all dealerships as an estimated allocation.

Was your consensus number 1?, or did you get more than that?

My dealer's allocation is 12 so I assume he got at least one today but I haven't heard yet.

I am number one and they have been emailing all week. They went back in a few days ago to verify all the priority numbers were what they were supposed to be with no duplication. i ordered a 2SS and am hoping to get it built SOON.
