Thanks, I actually live pretty close to there, and yeah there are some very nice driving roads. It was a fun place to learn to drive.

45 people sent to Med Center because of fall-related injuries and we still have classes?

Ridiculous.

After I paid via paypal, while still on the paypal site, there was a clickable text link that said "return to OCC". I clicked that, it took me back to a screen the said "THANK YOU, your registration has been accepted". Furthermore, I received an email conformation from paypal that I will print and take with me.

Those two items are enough to make me confident all is good. Did you get those items? I got now word via email from OCC and dont expect to get one.

Guys, college is ELECTIVE. If you don't want to go... DONT. That's why they rarely cancel college classes. Last time I checked, no one got detention for skipping a college class.

I can testify to that. I skipped plenty. Except for Psych 101. The prof would write lots of notes on the board and at the end of the class, he would erase everything but one thing. Then he would have a one question quiz. The answer to the question was what he didn't erase. If you went to every class and got 100% on all those quizzes, it made the difference between a 3.0 & a 4.0.

I got the PayPal confirmation. Missed the "OCC" link. I'll search the OCC site to see if there is anywhere else to check.

For some of the high calculus classes 151-153, you'd better go to class or your missing out on tons of notes.

My schedule today...

Animal Sciences 320: Genetic Improvement - Midterm.
Animal Sciences 310H: Honors Principles of Animal Physiology - You do NOT miss a Physiology lecture or you're screwed on the exam.
Physics 112: Electricity and Magnetism - Quiz.

No choice but to go to class.

And if the walkways by Howlett Hall on Ag Campus are de-iced now, you can thank me for finishing my 320 midterm early, noticing a salt bucket in Howlett, and tossing salt over the ice sheets that covered the sidewalks.

At my school, we have to go, if we miss more than 3 classes we fail. We have canceled for weather once in the last 40 years, and that was because we had campus wide power failure.

Wish you would have salted the ice in the parking lot of my work. I busted my arse as soon as I got out of my car this morning. I lied on the ground for about 4 mins, not because I was hurt though. You have no clue of how much F.M.L. stuff you will think of as you lie on a cold sheet of ice at 7:30 in the morning. At about 3 mins and 51 seconds it came to me that we are only 6(ish) weeks away from better weather as well as some Camaro fun. O and of course, jrhaus76 shenanigans that come with the spring and summer for some reason. I picked myself and what dignity I had left up off the ground, looked around to make sure my incident was unseen, fake limped into the office and had a good laugh about it. Figured a story like that was worth sharing with my friends here on Camaro5.
