GM, I am calling on you to every bit you can for this girl. She deserves it so much to get a ride in a Camaro, and I hope she gets her wish. I hope GM pulls through and who knows from the miracle if God, this Cancer can just disappear. I hope Steph and the family well and I hope everything turns out ok. However, keep us updated with the status and condition.

Im sorry but I dont understand why he is even planning to buy a camaro in his hard time. I think he is going to be needing money for other things than a camaro. He is asking for donations and planning to purchase a camaro??? Give here a ride in one, OK. Purchasing one, IDK. If that were my daughter I would give up myself and everything I have to have here live as long as possible, not spend time on a forum chatting about camaros.

If I had the money, I'd BUY this guy a Camaro. Even if things don't turn out for the best, anything that could ease the greif even if just a miniscule bit. One day it may be the source of memory between daughter and father. I get what you're saying but respectfuly disagree. My daughter asks me about my future Camaro all the time. Though she likes the Viper, she is more interested in the Camaro than my son. I said I don't name my cars but if my daughter was no longer here I could name it Rebecca in her honor. (Rebecca is my daughter)You see it as material, I don't. I gave an amount on the site for her and I don't care what he uses it for. If it will make ANY of them feel a little better, it's a good thing.

I wish him the best, but like I said if that was me I wouldnt be involved with anything other than my family. Every single second of the day. I have an idea of what he is going through. My nephew has been having some problems with blood and mucus in his stool. He has to go for some tests. I am hoping that it is not cancer related. I dont know what I would do if..... He is pretty much like my own son. I pray Rebecca survives and gets her wish. JMO

Bump for the cause. Strings need to be pulled here; not only will GM have the opportunity to show true appreciation to one of its customers but it's a great photo-op. I apologize if that sounds shallow but GM needs all the good PR it can get now and this could knock out 3 birds with one stone: Good press for GM, good exposure for the Camaro and most importantly the opportunity to an all around good deed. If we can get IBM and ABM on the SS then we can definitely show the tru meaning of CAMARO and accomplish this!!

You and your family are in my family's prayers max.

Yeah, maybe someone is even testing a pre-pro car nearby and could pop in? Or a car on the way by to a car show or something?

Sure, I agree, and no doubt he is giving all attention where it merits. He prob. spent much more time with the Camaro and his order before the diagnosis. The OP in this thread is not in the family. He saw it and wanted to bring it to our attention. Not sure, but I don't think the father is on here much. Especially lately. But if his daughter expressed a desire to ride in a Camaro and the father felt the only chance for her to ride in one was if he got his, then he would hope for an early arrival. I can't imagine the anguish. ................

This is exactly why i love this wesite. You all care so much about a member in need, and I swear, I have never seen that on ANY other forum, of any kind.

GM, we know you have some cars to spare, and all that is needed is one. Please, send on down to AL, and fulfill a wish to an ailing girl. Come on GM, help out here.

My prayers go out to the family... Gob Bless, and I wish Stephanie and family the best.

Jesse
