Inserting Video into a Post

Here is how you embed a video. First post it to YouTube and when they give you the URL, the video ID, which is after the equal (=) "XXXXXXXX" is what you will need. In a new post or even an existing post of yours put this in with out the quotes and substitute a u for the X that is inside the brackets.
