Theyre probly not selling it separately in hopes people will buy the whole overpriced deal just to get the splitter lol. Even though obviously they'd sell a ton of splitters and make probably more money selling the parts lol. These guys never learn lol. Someone will knock a simple splitter like this off soon enough. Even in the 90's they had the same cockiness.

like the diffuser and wheels
im sure that gary's custom or show stopper can offer something like it if there is a lot of you guy's want it
when i had to order a spliter there were 2 on my mind
1- asc
2- revolution super sport

You can send them to WeldCraft and have them widened to 10" for the rears. Cost about 200 to 250 a wheel, ive seen guys do this to the 10spoke SS 4th Gen wheels.

Or get in touch with OEWheelsLLC. They do replica wheels (C5 & C6 wheels, including zo6 models. Dished versions of them for the 4th Gens and recently added stock style 2010 SS wheels to there product line for the new Camaros.) They could probably replicate these wheels, given enough interest and demand.

I have also been interested in some SLP parts. I appreciate how a company that specializes in dealer kits would want to keep the sales as complete units, but there's something to be said about selling in-demand products to enthusiasts. SLP is a respected name, and that status is earned by building quality products and selling lots of them. Don't deprive your enthusiastic clientele of the opportunity to purchase your products, SLP.

The SLP splitter is to good for the normal person. Only the super cool high class people that get suckered into buying an overpriced package can have it.

I just want the hood from SLP. Nobody else makes one that height or the inlet that close to the nose.

Lol exactly. SLP is a business right? So what is gonna make more money, selling parts to people that want them or holding out to try to get somebody to buy a $X000 package? The people that want the package will still buy it, but why are you turning away all that money for people that just want a piece or two? Prestige? Exclusivity? I don't get it, especially in these times.

I don't think I would have bought the car if everybody else had the same parts. I would have just bought a base SS and done the mods myself. Again SLP please do not sell these parts and thanks for the awesome car.
