Honestly, it's probably more affordable to have a local shop paint it (and makes for a greater guarantee on paint match, since they can see it there). Some places sell pre-painted pieces, but I'm always a little wary of them myself. I much prefer a piece that comes gel-coated and ready for painting, because I know and trust a local collision and paint guy. Plus, a lot of shops that do pre-painted stuff give a 2-3 week lead time on the product for the painting, which can be annoying.
