Can you yes, but how I wouldent know probaly wire through the fire wall into the engine bay and tap into the headlight wires, there's probaly an easier way somewhere behind the headlight controls I wouldnt know exactly where tho

Just link it to your ambient lighting. As I am pretty sure that turns on when your headlights/parking lights do.

All you need to do is remove the cover for your center console and find the 4 pack connector and t-tap the yellow and black wires, yellow is +12 v.
That is your ambient lighting it come on with your head light at night. |

Wouldn't U rather be able to control the lights on a switch tho???
In the Driver's Foot well U will find a GREY wire, T-Tap into it and U will be able to hook your lighting into the DOME lighting switch. I connected into mine and can turn it off/on, or leave it in "DOOR" mode so it comes on when the door opens. I bought LED strips from Advance Auto for less than $20 for both front foot wells... and both rear foot positions. Took me about 20 minutes. IN FACT.. read this guy's instructions he is SPOT ON. Then you want to tap into the yellow wire that is underneath the 4 gauge pack. Just like SSRS said.

It would bother me to have that much interior light when I'm driving at night. I'd rather put in footwell lighting on a separate switch or with the dome light.
