Did I read that the passenger seat was going to be power adjustable too?

yap, same here bro. google nav and a usb to charge my phone will be all i need
I just want to point one thing out about this having tried to use this solution. For local directions and navigation this works great. Its also great in NYC for walking directions or public transport it even has the times that the subway trains should arrive at, and syncs with the LIRR and Metro North schedules!).

However myself and a friend tried to use it to drive to Washington DC using both his phone and my phone (he has an Evo, I have a Droid) and the problem comes in that the phone gets HOT from all the processing to run the gps and the nav program, Not only that it EATS the battery. The problem however is that when you plug in the charger and charge the phone the battery also gets hot that way. It get so hot that it overheats and won't charge! We had this problem with both phones on this 5-6 hour drive. We had to swap out phones on navigation to let one cool off just to be able to make it there.

Then once you get to your destination your phone is dead because it will never ever fully charge while the GPS and Nav is running.

Just keep that in mind that if you plan on any long trips, this solution basically does not work.

F-bodfather already said if you were expecting a complete redesign of the interior for 2012, not to expect it. Wasn't happening. Some tweaks to the dash mainly, and a scant few other adjustments. That's it.

As technology advances, I'm sure some of the intergrations will happen and/or option prices hold steady or drop. Compare the standard features on the Camaro with a Corvette from 10 years ago.

As far as bluetooth, et al, depends on how bad people want it. It's foolish for GM to give away stuff when they know the techno-geeks want something and are willing to pay extra for. That's business savvy right there....with that said, and I know it won't ever happen, but I think if you're buying a ZL1, you shouldn't be getting all those frills anyway. You buy something like that to take to a dogfight, not try to be stylin'.

$600-$700 for bluetooth and a usb port is too much coin; that shiz should be like $300-$400 tops

$2000.00+ for an in dash nav head is nuts when the overwhelming majority of us on here have smart phones that will do nav, and more for less. Garmin, Tom Tom & Navigon after market systems days are numbered too. Kinda like Video stores, completely unnecessary with the technology we have at our finger tips. My father has one in his '09 GMC Sierra and the thing is so blindingly bright it actually hurts your eyes at night, they simply SUCK. I for one say leave the radio in the car as it is. Hell they could probably even do a radio delete option for those of that would rather listen to the car as opposed to anything else. Lol.

I am very happy with my IO interior, I would not want any changes in my interior.

I'm happy with mine too, but I bet it will look even better with suede touches.

Ya I noticed that too! It doesn't look as nice as the steering wheels now with "Camaro" on it. Looks like they ordered too many steering wheels for their other models and stuck em on. Boo.
