working on mine also, got the steering wheel, shifter, armrest, headrest and back seat done. Will post pics later.

Great mod and best of all we can do it ourselves instead of paying someone. I went to Hobby Lobby and bought the fabric mate dye pen, I also bough a few orange markers for the small areas. They work great also.

Whoever started this should get some money for a cheap but great looking mod.

Does anyone know what color the OEM light tube things are?

I want to match that color with the pens.

Its an aqua ish. Best name for it that I can think of.

Anyone try this on the 1SS sport cloth? I figure since it's black, the dye won't stain it... but who knows?

I started doing mine a couple of days ago. I do have the leather seats, but some areas are cloth. I'm just using the fabric dye marker, instead of the paint pens. It's easier to keep it on the stitching and I don't notice any color difference going into the black cloth. However, it seems to take a lot longer this way, but it has a cleaner look to me.

I'm coloring mine green and will post some pictures tonight when I get back home.

i think the light color is turquoise.....i just installed some inside door handle lights in turquoise and they match it about 85-90%

The official literature on the car says Ice Blue. At least that's what I have read, but they may have named it something different. Just like they have two different ways of describing what PDIM means.
In one brochure it says Personal Device Interface Module, in another it says Preferred Device Interface Module. I have only heard of the ABL being called Ice Blue so far.

No I'm sure it is called ice blue. I simply was guessing.

It would probably be the easiest to go to Michael's or Hobby Lobby and do a visual comparison.

Here's some pictures of the green I've done so far. Also, I'm using the Fashion Fabric Markers. These are the fine point ones. I would have gotten a chisel tipped one, but the ones at the stores were either dried out already or the tip was smashed.
