I imagine that the ZL1 announcement did attrack many members today. Very hard and very long to get connected....

2012 ZL1

Like:

Engine
Front facia (looks like based ACS)
Steering wheel
Rear spoiler
Rear Facia

No Like:

Hood
Right side passenger trim (Looks like a cover-up with some vinyls)
Wheels

I think we will read alot about this in the coming weeks.

I Like:

Engine
Front dash
shape of steering wheel (if it can come in leather - a suede steering wheel? really?)
Rear spoiler ( i like the lift in the center, but in the pix, the sides look like they have too much space off the body of the car)
tires LOL



I dont like:

Hood - awww i was hoping for double inserts on the sides, not in the center. It looks ok, but could have been MUCH better
I dont like the wheels either
I dont like the new lights in the front bumper inserts.

factory warrantied 550hp supercharged engine
interior....all of it
exhaust

I dislike:

no functional mail slot (no mail slot at all makes it look blah no offense V6ers)
wheels
complication in lowering a car with magnetic ride suspension
spoiler
hood

Bob this is from a couple of guys that made a comment on this:

1) Yup, that was the issue with Trifecta (although I don't think it is anymore). When I bought Trifecta almost a year ago they only had it for the earlier versions, thank God mine was an early version, lol.

2) As far as I know, there is only one ECU for the camaro v6, the Bosch e69, iirc. There were two different TCUs used however, and Vince had to get that issue worked out for the tranny tune. I'll drop him an email to make certain.

hi rick , talk agan yesterday whit the scool where i go and thay told me thay have 2 differente ecu (or programation ) one you can tune the other one thay work on it to un-lock them . anyway when thay relese both of them i make your car free .
