I went through this same thing. I ordered in Nov. and it didn't go through allocation until last week. Keep asking and go the General Sales Manager if you don't get a straight answer. They can't speed up the allocation date but they can give you an idea. Not sure why they don't. I was a week away from canceling and waiting until 2012. Hang in there.
