With that said, only one person has tried to race me. It was in a late model Infinity G35 Sedan. I don't really drive around much @ night though when a lot of people race.
*Infiniti

I had this guy in an early 1990s Maxima think I was racing him... I was turning left(yielding, waiting for a break in the traffic) at a solid green light, I started creeping up when I saw where I had a chance to turn. He saw this, looked at me, started creeping too, then floored it... was he trying to prove something ?

I also think some of the Harley Davidson riders/<250cc crotch rocket riders are ridiculous because they think they own the road. Theyr'e slow, my 15 year old mazda beat this guy on a loud chromed-out Harley, well I pulled till we hit the 55 mph speed limit.

I saw this new CTS-V and Camaro SS going at it for a good half hour on my way back from work too...

Yes! Why is that?

When I first got my car, I was coerced into educating the Infinity crowd. Now I just say 'fuggit', they're obviously clueless about the concept of torque.

It's just not worth it.

Lol. You watch too many movies.

Anyways, I'd rather not die in either.

No one's wanted to race me either. Had a couple of ricer flybys by, well, other 5th Gen Camaros, but that's about it.

More people wanted to race my Corvette.

Even after I got out of the Army hardly anyone knew I was in until I got my Veteran plates for my Jeep.

I just let them gas and race past me, I really don't care if I can beat them or not. Let them get caught and go through all the police and court crap. I like my hard earned money.

Give me an open road where I can get on it a little without hurting anyone around me and I'm down.

Racing is for the track period!!! No excuse for it..

well usually when ur car looks the way urs does aka ( nothings stock ) its gunna grab the attention of everyone around u including the douche bags that have something to prove or wanna see " WHAT THE SS GOT " .....

Def diggin ur car btw nicely done keeping the whole color scheme though out ...makes me wanna go trip or treating lol .......but u gotta think when 80 percent of ur car is bright inferno orange plus lighting effects u gotta expect it... and thats why people who dont want that attention buy Prius's hahahaha

Hell I have never had anyone want to take me on unless it is at the strip. I do see the ricers battle it out quite often. Now if you get caught street racing in Texas they take your car and auction it off, not worth the risk anymore.

Well I'm a Vette driver without little penis syndrome but I'm a Camaro fan too. I also own a Mustang so my motto is "Little dogs always try harder!" I believe in supporting American Made when I pass the Mustang down to my kids I probably will get a Camaro but a Corvette will always be in my garage. It just seems like the Hatfields and the McCoys when it comes to Mustang vs Camaro hell it's All American and both are nice cars to have I bet you wouldn't say no if someone wanted to give you the one you may not be a fan of!
