How many of You Are Charging Your Dealerships for Advertising?

I am in the process of preparing a bill for my dealerhip advertising as they again have taken the time to stick there nameplate on the back of my car without my permission expecting me to give them free advertising. Yes the want me to mandatorily advertise for them 24/7 free of charge. How much should I reasonable bill them for each month?

It's your car. Take the sticker off. Mine was off within 5 minutes of arriving at the dealership to pick up my car.

I would either send them a bill for rental of space on your car or proper removal of the stick from a certified body shop... and of course they would prob need to use a chemical to remove the adhesive and would then need to wax your whole car...

Floss, Goo Gone, and a Hair dryer(optional) will get that sticker off easily. Don't use a screw driver or anything else sharp unless you want to replace the sticker with a scratch

If they keep sticking it back on definitely talk to the service manager.

The dealers name was on the licence plate holder that they furnished with the car. I used a sharpy type marker to blacken it out within 2 mins of noticing that.

Mine doesn't do that..

I had some little bowtie on the left side of the rear bumper just above the reverse light.. Took that off.. I also took off their license plate frame.. That's been almost a year ago and they'ev never put anything back on it..

Now, they do practically beg me to give them a 100% review when I get my survey.. I hear them doing that to pretty much everyone in line waiting to pick up their cars.. I even got bribed one time and was told that if I didn't feel I could give them a 100% on the review, then please talk to the Mgr and they'd work out something for me..

Maybe GM is really riding them on service nowadays?

Good luck on getting them to pay. I had them take the dealership stuff off my car before I left the dealership. Not one sign on my car where it came from besides Chevrolet.
