New to me but.

4 stabilitrak modes

Basic setting: Traction control and stability control on (factory default).
used for safe driving during any type of driving experience, snow or hot surface.

Traction control off/stability control on: able to drive more agressively but still have some control over the car

Competitive mode (V8 only): Performance driving (ex;track driving)
more "forgiving" stabilitrak setting, allows for more lateral load on vehicle before stabilitrak kicks in.

Both traction control and stability control off: In other words crazy out of control demon driving (Best part was watching Al try not to smile when saying this)

Yeah I like when he said option 4 is for when you want to do a burnout for your friends.

More like when you no longer like your back tires and want to run to the tire store and get a new set. I mean how long will summer tire last with 400LBs of torque let loose on them?

Wow, so no word on ABL, im sorry but you know what that means, they showed every feature to train empolyees and no word on ABL, if it was a go, im sure they wouldve mentioned it. They talked about all the other lighting both inside and out, but no word on ABL, whatever, i just want my car now.
The part when they turn on the HID is real nice

These files are huge...smallest one is 3MB, largest is over 57MB.....

Stereo:
They have really integrated alot of stuff into the stereo...it's no longer a stereo but rather a centralized climate and entertainment computer. Like I stated in a separate thread, they show an option to link up a GPS via bluetooth...I didn't know you could do that

ABL:
Absolutely no mention of ABL nor does it show up in any of the videos as an "undiscussed" topic.....it is CLEARLY absent.

Traction Control:
WOW...just as mentioned in previous post....it's going to be fun! Just have to remember to switch everything OFF each time I get in!

Safety:
They really spend alot of time talking to the airbags, placement of high-strength steel, design of frame and "crunch" zones. It will be interesting to see if they test and get high marks on crash testing.

More to come later

It did say on the Info display there is onstar turn by turn guidance. There is also some type of lighting selection on the menu.

I doubt many people will say they have, considering everyone who missed the opportunity would then start PM'ing them to get them...

cars are like women, some are old, some are new, some get turned on easily some need a lot more help, some you just wanna drive into the river, some you can't wait to get inside of, some are expensive to maintain, some are low maintenance, however if you treat them right, you'll have her for the rest of your life.....
