even if they did the price range for the srt8 vert would be well into corvette price range. they should really do something about their pricing on those cars

I would think that the export cars factor into the total produced also which would make up a fair amount, and let's not forget rental car purchases from fleet sales to name a few. It's healthy to have a few models on the lot for show and tell, we must remember how it was in '09 when it was hard to even find a car on a dealer's lot.

Deliveries are counted when GM receives payment from a dealer at invoice (not MSRP). Whether they sit on the lot doesn't concern GM at all until dealers stop ordering additional replacements. More than likely, this month’s increase in delivery sales are the models that were purchased by the dealer as a "Floor model". Dealers need a floor model so they can accumulate orders for the coming spring.

No, you are not the only one... There were a total of 142,767 5th Gen Camaro's sold to date. 196,289 were produced.. There are 53,522 somewhere...

Edit: Not counting Jan/Feb sales so 11,008 plus the 142,767 = 158,775.. Let me check my math again but the "Deliveries since April '09" chart might be off.

Edit: Nevermind.. I'm retarded... 153,775 sold, 196,289 produced = 42,514 unsold

Medicine!!!

My local ford dealer has more mustangs on the lot than the two chevy dealer's have combined of camaros, so I think chevy has a better handle on inventories at least in my area when it comes to the camaro than ford does on the mustang. This has been true ever since the 2010's came out. Ford dealership has 27 mustangs including 1 2010 model and the 2 Chevy dealerships have a combined 16 camaros including 2 2010 models for comparison. The camaro is gaining in popularity in this area big time from what I've noticed just by what's on the street.
