I will take it over to my parents house. My dad and I went to the auto show last weekend and he got hooked on the car. I am thinking it could be July or even August before I see it, so the Friday night local auto shows will be well under way and I will make them for sure. Labor Day weekend my oldest will be getting married and I promised him they could ride in it to the reception.

Long Live Camaro

Take it to show my parents. Maybe a couple friends. And, as odd as it may sound, to the cemetery to 'show it' to my younger brother who passed away back in August of '06, but really liked the Concept.

Both are selling for MSRP
Don Steves is not very well informed and they dont return my phone calls.
Im # 7 in line there with a 500.00 deposit.

George Chevrolet knows more about the camaro and within 15 mins i had the car ordered and a confirmation code on the printout. No deposit. Chuck the General Manager told me that if I changed my mind they would have no problem selling the car so he waived the 500.00 deposit. Chuck told me that they still have 2 more spots open for allocation.

I am planning on going to Don Steves Chevrolet on Monday to get my 500 deposit back. Or i might just wait and see who can get the car first.

Well, I'm going to arrange for vacation time the week I pick it up. The following will be said by the SHP as they spot the Red Jewel Comet traveling 3 times the speed limit.

Should have about 100 gallons of milk by the end of the day. Better go get a bigger fridge. Hey, there's another trip to be made

Yeah, good luck with that!

hey there. I see that you are also from Southern Cali... I live in Fullerton =)

Anyways, your sig says that you have 2 camaros on preorder. I talked to my dealer (I ordered at Selman Chevrolet in Orange) and he said that anybody who has double preorders is going to get dropped completely.

I'm guessing you have found a way to circumvent this... i would hate to see you losing your preorder status because of this.
