I ordered the MPD1 spoiler. Shardik2SS just put one on his car and it looks great.

The stock spoiler is ok, but not great and I hadn't seen one I liked until I saw the MPD1.

I agree his spoiler is awesome! too bad he's an a$$hole

and I agree with you somewhat... you were nicer than I would have been, I think the stock spoiler is sort of ugly... too small. With that said, I feel the others are a bit big for my liking. I really dig the convertible spoiler. Subtlely different. I am just betting its expensive since it has the antenna intergrated.

As far as Mod Day goes... I am sure we can manage a spoiler install. Its only 6 bolts.

and a panel popper tool to get the backing off the trunk lid).

All you need is a fork from the kitchen. Fits arounds the plastic and pop them right off, zero damage. We can have that trunk lid backing off in 2 minutes time

Black sounds cool to me as well, you can add me to the list. Now tell me... what are the cons to having a catch can?

Thanks. I was just making an excuse to wait until mod day to put it on. I'm sure I could do it at home, but it's more fun when there is a peanut gallery.

I just ordered the spoiler today, so it'll be a couple of weeks before I have it.

The company that sells it recommends putting a couple of beads of silicone under the spoiler when mouting it to stop it from scratching the paint on the trunk lid. I'll need to get some silicone.

I really don't think there is a down side except for the expense of buying one.

Any opinions????
My RX performance can was delivered yesterday. Paint quality could be better, but it is good enough for being under the hood of my daily driver. I got the IOM can.

The MPD1 is my favorite, but I am still on the fence about adding a spoiler. The no-spoiler look is growing on me.

The $99 dollar catch can only comes in a satin or polished finish. The billet proto in black with black fittings and black braided hose comes to $130 each before shipping. I've emailed them on a shipping quote.
The kit would look like this install, http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showthread.php?t=86524
What do you think?

Well, if the $99 one is only in satin or polished, I'd pick satin. I am not a bling engine guy and my engine is filthy... darn gravel roads! Its enough work keeping the outside and interior clean. The engine bay isnt the cleanist and I could paint it if need be.

I say lets go the cheap route. Thoughts? Also looks like bonemaro wants in too... did you ask for a quote for 3? Thanks!

Yeah, i asked for a shipping quote on 3 of the billet proto's.

Noone else on the forum is talking about the billet depot one, pretty much the RX, billet proto and elite are the ones typically listed.
I don't mind giving them a shot though.

BoneMaro are you still interested in a satin one?
Is anyone else interested in getting in on this order? I can contact them and see if we can get some sort of a deal.

Whatever you think is best. Just let me know what I owe you. I'll bring you cash to mod day if that works.
