Sorry to hear about this, i live near Marietta, so i have seen how bad floods can be at times in Ohio. Hopefully you can pick up a new car and all is well.
We are supposed to be getting close to flood stage down here this week. |

Just got a call from insurance - they gave me a figure about $4800 under what I paid for it. About $5600 below what I had in it with mods. I am disputing it, because I have several printouts of similar cars for sale about $2000 higher than their offer. The lady said that it's no problem, as long as you have comparables to show. The saga continues...

This happened to one of my friends when Katrina hit. His c6 vette was in his garage, and his house flooded so deeply that the refrigerator floated and ended up on it's side! Needless to say, the vette was history. About 3 yrs later, he saw it had sold with a clear title!!!!
 He made some phone calls and let the people know. Hope your insurance pays off promptly and fairly. So sorry about your Camaro! They very often low ball at first, as with the offer you received. Hopefully they will make it right. |

Sorry* doesn't help ... We had a new car crushed by a tree in 2006.
So we know how it feels ..... Posting the VIN #'s is a great idea. Also would be nice to see someone make a drag car out of it. Good luck ........ |
