Spotted.
Three Black/no stripes in the parking lot at Rosewick Shopping Center off 301 in LaPlata, MD on Sunday afternoon - not parked together, though. One had the tag "AGRV8TR" (i think). And a very clean CGM this morning about 7 a.m.-ish pulling out of a neighborhood onto Piscataway Rd - Blue halos lookin' good - not far from the Clinton Post Office. And of course, the blue/white stripes on Perimeter Road by the Flight Line on Andrews AFB that I see everyday at 7:30-ish - still no wave. ;-(

Just saw a VR SS sitting in front of Chics 'N Wings in Herndon, VA. Made a lap around the lot and "poof", it was gone.

Saw a RJT SS on Rt 13 in Dover, DE S/B north of Kings Hwy VA vanity tags I think said something like "SETTLES" but unsure I was going the other way.

saw a black one headed south on 270 yesterday afternoon....i was headed northbound, so all i could see were red hood spears.
