He will do my car in Coreys shop as soon as it is in roller shape... Corey will call him and Dave will come in and take care of it. I met him today at the shop when he was tinting a couple of Corvettes. You wanna see it in pieces... here is the underside of her with no butt...

Well, today was pretty productive, we finished the assembly of the rear suspension subframe, and reinstalled it.. We then changed the differential bushings to the Delrin pieces... that was a chore but went pretty quickly....
We also installed the sway bar on the rear... That took like 5.83 minutes with the rear subframe on the jackstands... Quick note, if you use a high speed air driven reciprocating jig saw to cut the last bit or rubber, and there is molten rubber on the blade...DO NOT GRAB IT TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THE BENT TIP... not only can you not let it go quick enough, when you do, the hot molten rubber comes with it and you can't simply let that go.... Yes, the blisters are a nice addition.... which all in all is better than leaving a bunch of skin on the blade...

BTW... That girl looks like she will hook up nicely. If not, the twins are doing a helluva great job making more power than you will ever need. As for the blisters.. I am a paramedic and I can help!?! HA HA

On to the next item....
While Narcis was disconnecting hoses, wires, and tubes for various different things. I worked on a lil project that is ten months in the works... I ordered my GMPP dove tail spoiler, last April.... in fact, I was told I was the first one in the country to order a RJT dove tail spoiler... nine months later, GM finally releases them, but only in thee colors.... Black, Red, and CGM... None of which match my car...Since they could not tell me when they were going to release the RJT spoilers, I went ahead and ordered the black one to be delivered... I went through the steps to mark and drill the holes for the hip pieces... This is just a loose fitting as they will come off to be painted... and then one of the guys in the shop though it looked pretty mean like it was... He told me to look at blacking out the center fascia... and the tail light bezels...I'm open to opinions... other wise, I'll paint it and stick with my original plan for ghost stripes... No, I have not run the wires you see on the trunk lid, as I figured it would be coming back off... I wanted to dry fit the pieces prior to painting them so there would be less chance of messing up the paint...

The big event for the day, was the easiest engine pull I've ever taken part in...
As mentioned above, Narcis was disconnecting all manner off stuff while I was mounting the spoiler... We got all the tubes, wires, hoses and front suspension parts loose and then set jackstands under the critical areas of the front sub-clip. We pulled the front fascia and then started loosening the sub-clip bolts. When all was ready, we simply lifted the entire body away from the engine/transmission. In the last pic, on the left, you see Corey, the master behind this build.... Great guy, very funny, and sharp as a tack... With him in the pic is Brent, a volunteer employee in the shop, semi-retired Corvette operator, and good person... Lots off fun to be around...

Between two manufacturing companies, I have four colors... Pfadt and Eibach... red, black, silver, and golden orange...and then we have the grey axles from DSS...and the road grime brown...factory black, etc....Yes, it is a drive it in most any weather Camaro... Brandi is not a garage queen...

Brandi has been from sea level to over 11,000 feet above it, and from over 110 degrees F to below zero, and driven in snow, rain, sleet and a dust storm.... no hail yet thank goodness... and I'm not afraid to admit it... I've smoldered the tires in some very big burnouts, and figured out that this car does not ease into the govenor, it slams into it... I love driving this piece of North American Nirvana...
