The LS7 is dead. It will soon be discontinued in production vehicles so we should look at some of the motors that may be around when the Z/28 is finally made. LSA, LS9,GenV and maybe a LS8.

Since then, we haven't seen track numbers that beat the SS numbers, and we haven't seen any interior photos with a boost gauge. If there were a supercharger in the works, there are so many places we could look for evidence, but there just isn't any there.

Hmmm......

Notice how Scott has been suspiciously absent from this thread. He has not responded to either confirm or deny these rumors. Usually, when heated debate begins about something that may or may not be true, Scott chimes in to dispell the rumors and keep everyone sane. He has not done so......

We are left to believe the Z/28 does exist in some fashion untill we hear otherwise by our fearless leader

Maybe adjustable suspension or the dual mode exhaust from the Corvette? That would make a fantastic Z/28, but since so many people stubbornly believe in one-dimensional power, well never see it. So frustrating.

No, strike that. That's the car I need!
If it was available as a pre-order only, (built only after purchase was made), I would still get it.

Sounds to me like the average guy will not be able to afford it. Only collectors will buy it or rich people.

I'm remember last week or two one of are members that either works for GM or Fbodfathr, Somebody ? mentioned they had some news that was going to blow Us away. Anybody else remember that thread The cars looks real strong, Thank you GM, last night I was thinking I hoped GM would get a piece of the SC and Turbo sales so the Lingenfelters,Saleen companies wouldn't get GM would be sales. If it does come to making the Z I'M sure they keep it in range with fords and the other companys.

1 Number 3 is really a Z28 prototype

2 Anyone who really knows what is in the future product plan wouldn't tell you about it or even tease you with it. Read all posts by fbodfather. He doesn't tease you.

3 First point isn't true

That's the thing - sticker could get real ugly if a loaded SS is almost 40k.

Yeah but if it's a base 1SS then it could easily be mid 40's. That'd be perfect for me!
