I'm not sure but the guys at Lingenfelter installed mine.

That is the only advice I go by! If Graham says it needs to be a certain way then I don't even ask why.

We are sorry we are so late in posting the details. We have been waiting for the SCCA to let us (Camaro5FEST) know what level of support we could expect. We were hoping they would staff the autocross and were prepared to pay them. The local SCCA tried hard, but could not fully staff the event. That means we need volunteers.

Corner Workers
Starters
Registration

The SCCA will provide timing equipment and timing expertise. If you are willing to volunteer your time in exchange for extra track time please PM Pedders_Jacie. Be sure to let her know what time you can commit and what you are willing to do.

The Course

The course will be setup for your favorite vehicle. It will be tight and technical, but with sufficient run-off, especially at the exit.

Equipment and Tech

Bring your own helmet if at all possible. We'll have some SCCA loaners, but sharing hot sweaty helmets...

Your Camaro must be empty. If it isn't bolted down it shouldn't be in the car.

No drivers side floor mats are allowed.

No drips or leaks are acceptable.

Your battery and every thing under the hood must be bolted down securely.

Your tires will have to past the Lincoln test, unless they are slicks.

We will keep it simple so we have the most fun and get in the most runs!

Registration is OPEN! Post Up Now!

Black Friday - what is a good place for Dinner for our group on one of the Fest nights? not too far from where we'll be would be preferred.

All,
Curious if we want to do Dinner at the C5Fest one night?
It was a great time when we did the LPE/Pedders/Customer dinner at SEMA.. we have a lot of people at the Fest this year!

It's early enough for us to get a decent place for our large crowd that we have this year.

What evening? I think it needs to be Friday or Saturday - Could be Thursday.. Maybe. Do we want to do dinner and then go to the Savini wheel party with the other Festies? I don't know what is in the area.. so hopefully Black Friday or someone that has been to the Fest location can suggest a place. I'll make the reservation after we get an accurate headcount.

Who's in?

We should arrive Thursday early afternoon if all goes well. So is the only open time at the autocross Friday morning, or Saturday morning also? So far I've signed up for Friday morning at the road course, and we were thinking Friday afternoon drag strip. We're up for dinner, but just not sure HOW we can fit in so many things in just 2 days??????

If there are blank checks available, put us in for 2 and the LSX upgrade when it's available!!!!!!!

Ohhh! And PLEASE clone Graham, and send 1 of him to Albuquerque.

Finally, somebody doing something a little more original than most. I'm bored of all the same ol' maggie installs. Nice job.

Heck Dan, I'd just like to be able to watch your runs - I'd hate to miss it!

Cheri and I should be arriving early afternoon with about 20+ Colorado members and whoever elso joins caravan in Albuquerque. 5 family members flying in. We're driving back mid-day on Sunday. I'm signed up for the Friday morning Pfadt - High Performance Drivers Education Track Attack. Looks like mws444, 2010 BADSS, and Hoverman also doing it. Also doing the "Team LS3 vs Team L99" with PQ and GTAHAVIT - mws444 also doing this. I'm almost afraid of doing too many events and not seeing everyone I'd like to.

I'm up for dinner - would be nice if there's a big group thing that we can get our own table or area? .... I'll have alot of Colorado members to share the love with

RPM Level 6 transmission and DSS Carbon Fiber DS should be in just in time for Cfest! Now I can bag the backup plan "what if output shaft goes in AZ". My VIN# is right in the breakage range and M&H 325/45/17 DRs was a recipie for failure.

.... now for the bullet proof vest and big "S" Jim Guthrie warned the Albuquerque crowd about ... I'm sure RS and BADSS remember that briefing! LOL
