might try thursday but I doubt it will happen til saturday at the earliest. have no dedicated garage to pull her into. if all else fails I might try going over to my brother in laws. he has a Brick "toy" garage housing his Bullit stang, 03 red GT'whatever stang and etc. a bit envious
about the building not the stangs

They do look good. I'm interested to see how they look in a SIM. I wonder how it would look if the headrests were just black, and just the seats two-toned.
Can you take a pic of the charcoal swatch with the covers so I can see how it compares? I'm thinking the black/charcoal two-tone might be a nice, subtle way to go. |

Those look good! For anyone that has these seat covers, are they temperature sensitive like leather? What's the quality like over some time? Stretching? Thread coming loose?

Ye know what you mean, got eleven little hooks, there is like 10 straps on each cover, there should have been at least double what was sent, gonna have to rig it

I can attest, have mild arthritis in my hands and on a cold damp day like today it is really really hard. Did the backs and head rests but decided to take it to my brother in laws garage to do the bottoms inside and maybe take the seats out if need be. will go first thing in the tomorrow. the head rests look really good, the backs look nice but need to adjust a little. will shoot some pics when I get back home tomorrow. so far so good.

ok here are my pics and the drivers side ones are not overly sharp because of the angle of the sun but the passanger ones look decent. I still need to stretch them a bit and tuck a couple spots but here is the Black with grey......

I haven't sat in the passanger seat yet but the drivers I have and it looks a little more smoothed out, Had to take both seats out to get the bottoms on but I got them on. will make adjustments latter. so far so good, Just wanted to get the biggest part done. they look and feel pretty good in person, the wrinkles on the sides I hope to adjust out a bit and hoping after a couple weeks of break in and warmer temps they will smooth out a bit. So far very pleased with the feel and look!

Just found this thread, no idea how I have missed it for months. Can't believe they don't do IOM after all the requests. WTF.

got these short stubby fingers....LOL, I tried but my hands and fingers swell up and I can't even bend them. arthritis, runs in my family even at younger ages. rarely find things I can't easily do. stuffing synthetic leather in small crevices unfortunity is one of "those" things. a little more work but I got it

FYI - I had trouble getting the two small metal bars at the back of the rear bottom seats to latch to the two hooks circled below (sorry for borrowing someone else’s pic).
When I tried to I reinstall the bottom seats after putting on the iggee cover, it seemed that it went back in properly and I heard the front clips snap. However, when I pulled back the rear of the cushion to visually inspect the hooks, I saw that it neither was latched to the bar, but was touching it from the outside. If you guys check your cars, I suspect you will find the same thing. The problem is that the iggee cover completely obstructs up the bar, but even when I cut an opening, I couldn’t maneuver the back seat to get the hook latched (from the pic you can see that the opening of the hook faces down). Since the front clips are secure and the seatbelt buckle are holding down the seat, I’m not too worried about the seat moving, but still annoyed I couldn’t secure it properly.

Yes like leather they are more pliable in the heat and stiffer in the cold. And mine look good as new still.
