April 2nd....my birthday...(I'll be 54 but will say 21 to anyone who asks...LOL)and my car will be at two shows here in the south.
The first:
April 2 Gulfport, MS 7th Annual Hot Rod Weekend at Gulfport Dragway. Gate opens Saturday at 9am - Open Car Show. Drive thru judging. Awards at 3pm. Vendors Welcome (food vendors must call track) Swap Meet, 50/50, Waffle House 5th annual Chili Cook-Off (1st place $300, 2nd-$200, 3rd-$100), Street Drag Racing (Traditional Street Drags Rules, No Classes, No time slips, 1/8 mile, Drivers decide winner, Host Club; Misfits Street Krewzers. Gulfport Dragway is located 1 Mile South of I-10 (MS Exit 31) on Canal Road, Gulfport, MS Info Jimbo 228 596-0664 or Track Phone 228 863-4408 Flyer

The second (in the evening):
Biloxi, MS. Edgewater Mall, Hwy 90 Biloxi, MS. 6-9pm Poodle Bucks, 50/50, door prizes, games and more... Hosted by Coast Cruizers & The Pink Ladies. Music by Terry "Nomad" Ward. This is a family atmosphere, so bring the kids, the neighbors even the in-laws. (April - October)

I'll be there along with my car "White Lightnin" rain or shine...anyone want to meet up and cruise in??? I took off work so will be attending both events.

Onboard the Navy Base in Gulfport, MS. Base is open to public and registeration for vehicles are $25.00 there are trophys and prizes as well. 8am is registeration.

Good luck on your new assignment in North Carolina....we will miss your Bee machine and the people on the coast...well...they won't know what they missed. Keep in touch...you know where we are.
