The best deal the XM has is a lifetime subscription, I worked it in with my car deal so no worries, no bills no nothing and it goes with the car, plus it is transferable if you car is totalled by a wreck or you car is made inoperable by theft etc....

Yeah, i read it. Just gotta keep track and cancel after the 3 months. I'll prolly get a cheaper offer...if not...I won't miss it THAT much

Blue Collar Radio was one of the only channels I listened to before I dumped XM...

Octane. Its the only channel I listened to while I had Sirius, and now that they merged with XM and I got my Camaro, its the only channel I'll listen to on XM. Channel 48 if you haven't heard it yet. Love it! But after reading this thread, I'm kind of pissed I didn't think of having them throw the lifetime subscription in with my car while I was dealing. Stupid hind sight...

I pay by invoice only (by check). They sent the new invoice for the regular amount. :P I'm going to ignore, then see what happens. I listen only three stations, so it's only worth $6 a month for me.

I just got off the phone, got the 5 months for $23.xx with taxes and what not. Had them send me an invoice so I can pay by check. The lady from Virginia with the cute accent was pretty nice and easy about the whole thing.

You can always also get the 12mos of XM everything for $77 anytime. Just ask for it. If they say no. Tell them to switch you over to cancellations. They will ask why. Tell them it's too pricey. You will get the $77 deal for 1 year. We just did it again 2 weeks ago.

I've been trying to check this out, but the xm website seems to be having trouble. I'll try again later.

The $77 deal was the one she started with, except for wanting to use a credit card, and the constant attempts to up sell, it was pretty easy.
