So why on all these 2SS cars are the panels and dash that cloth material instead of the plastic for the ABL? Are 2SS cars getting cloth paneling now?

Thanks for the answer on the black roof ditch mouldings, For some reason I got the impression they were only on the LS models...
Another quick question, does anyone know if you get the same information on the DIC on an LS as you do other models?
Thanks

I would assume yes. Nothing to the contrary has been stated and it doesn't cost them any extra to put it in the LS (they've already done the coding). In fact, it's probably cheaper for them to have it the same in all the models. They would be smart to have all the BCMs use the same code.

One of the GM reps stated that they were just trying to get these out the door and that the actual production 2SS and 2LT models will have the silver or beige (depending on your color choice) acrylic door and dashboard inserts.

Another 1SS converted again. I dont get it. Every leather car that im seeing now, does not have the leather and stitched armrest or the plastic panels. IS there a specific reason why they are all converted to a 2SS?
Number 3 answered the glass question perfect, it does the same on the mustang, nice feature but when the car is frozen and say your scraper is in the car, good luck, i swear i thought my brothers glass was going to break.
So Scotty, you seem to know something, would you like to share with the class?

I know I have had lesser models before and the DIC on them would not have all the same features as the LT's

It said something about a personalized menu or something, check the brochure thread and see what it says, it stated that it was only available on LT aand SS models, comes with the connectivity package, not sure what it means

Better seal = less wind noise when the car is moving.

Make sure to open the door slowly. If you yank the door open before the window retracts, the glass will pull on the rubber weatherstripping slightly. I'm guessing if you do it enough times, the weatherstripping may wear out. Mustangs have had this feature since 2005, and you get used to opening the door gently.

Thanks Koolwip! Awesome job on the pics. The car looks absolutely stunning. I want one. NOW!
