I bet it will be 399. Just look at the price for v8, it shouldn't be different.

I am very interested in this, but my issue is that I am not car savvy and I'm don't think I will be able to do this by my lonesome. Of course I did notice E.T. is close by, wonder I could tap him for assistance.

Airraid had the highest temp rise during testing by jannety. Just return it and wait for vararamits almost here.. I can smell it

I was such a newbie when I ordered the Airaid! Had only had the car for a few days and just joined the site..I had no idea! I've heard that the V2 Airaid temps are better and their average horspower gain was very good...and it's going to be here tomorrow....hmmmm, I think I'll wait until you guys snatch some up and we get some numbers on prices, temps, and hp

Good idea on the intake.
I think the tb spacer was a waste of $ though. I believe it got talked about last spring.
Good luck and enjoy.

Yeah, I don't think anyone has be able to prove that a throttle body spacer does any good on a modern fuel injected car. Especially a direct injected car. If your cars throttle body injected like some of the older Camaros then it does actually benefit.

there is a place by Indy that tried this on the V6...look for the thread...or maybe it was polished TB...either way, the gains were minimal at best

Don't worry, on a scale of 1-10, I'd put this at maybe a 1.5. It's not that complicated and Vararam provides really good step by step instructions. Here's the one they did for the V8 Camaro: http://www.vararam.com/camaro-instructions.pdf

Me too! Oh, wait, I have one already.

Seriously, I'm doing my best to make sure my car is available to Vararam whenever they need it (like today) so that you guys can get these installed too.

Where are you in OH? I'm not really a car pro or anything either, but I did manage to install my Injen short ram without much trouble, and I've done a few appearance upgrades. I might be able to help out. From what I hear though, this Vararam is supposed to be a pretty easy install

After today's testing session, I think we are pretty much right where Vararam was aiming for with this intake. Strong smooth torque off the line and across the entire power band, fuel trims right where they want to see them with this V6 and great throttle response. Final touches are being done now for production tooling. Parts manufacturing is local so as soon as they have the tooling ready to go, these parts can be made and will be ready to ship. Dyno session will happen once the first production parts are finished.

I just have one thing to say....Y'all are gonna love this thing!
