It actually got a little worse yesterday. I sent my highflow cats back to Kook's and they would not warranty the left side due to the shop welding the AF bung in teh wrong spot, Kook's did actually work with me and sold me 2 new converters for $200 vs. repair the right one and the left one being new.

Thats why my two blown out cats are on a shelf in my garage. I didn't want to deal with the aggrivation and I'm friends with the three Georges. At least that did what they good. It was nice when they were an hour from my house.

Well I turned in all my paper work to my Credit Union and they in turn filed a claim with Visa and I got a full refund today!!!! I will keep that money put aside for a few just incase something comes up with this. I was told that once Visa refunds my money that they will stand behind there decision.

Also hats off to Ted Jannetty for helping with this by faxing a letter to them with his diagnoses and corrective repairs. THANKS TED!!

Nice finish, I hope it's over for this event... Kudo's to Ted, his staff, and all of the other GOOD shops out therer that go out of theri way to help others and at the same time provide Great Customer service and a Quality product...

I totally agree.. Ted's support played a huge role in me getting a refund back.. Ted stands behind his work after the sell and he also backs his customers ... Ted has a customer for life.

Ted's the man, part of the reason i'm living like a college student to save up enough money to get all my work done by him while i'm still stationed up here :p Now if we can all get Al to buy lunch on every visit...

I haven't had the pleasure of meeting Ted or his staff but, I've spoken with him on the phone and purchased all my performance mods from him. Very happy with my experiences with him and with what I've purchased. Jannetty racing is definitely the way to go. Glad you finally got everything taken care of. Those are monster numbers.

Thanks. I was going to do everything I had to to show that dealer that they can not run over folks and et by with it. Ted really does go the extra mile for his customers and he is there after the sell as well to help.

and after reading this and dealing with Ted for my tuner i've made up my mind. when it's time for the cam, Ted is doing it.

Thanks Bro... It took a while but Ted was there with me through the whole process. Service after the sale is priceless to me. You will be glad that you let Ted and his crew work on your car.

Wow...great post! I have gotten honest advice from Jannetty as well on a few things. Your post really makes me consider making the trip for my future mods. I've been considering the SCT tuner/Jannetty tune for awhile because I know that I'll have a few tunes coming in the future. Today my CEL came on for the first time and have headers...I hope it's something as simple as an O2 sensor.

Thanks... IMO you will not regret the drive to make sure ut's done right. If I had a chance to do it all over I would have had them do everything and not mess with the other folks. Good luck with whatever you do and keep us posted on your mods..
