Help with adding cyber grey metallic vinyl stripes to an MPD1 spoiler...

Hey,

Figured this would be the best place to ask.....I'm adding an MPD1 spoiler to my IOM SS. The car has factory cyber grey rally stripes on it, which won't be long enough to extend over the new spoiler.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem, or can someone point me in the direction of an exact match to the cyber grey vinyl?

A couple of other things I've considered is finding something really close and redoing the deck lid and new spoiler....or just taking the factory stripes off all together and using the " close " color to do the entire car.

Any help/comments/suggestions are welcome!

Take the stripes off completely.

Hey mike have you looked into Rider Graphix?

I emailed him about a kit that im getting for my IOM when it comes early may.

He has hundreds of colors and im sure one of then is CGM....but anyway i have the NLP spoiler and i just gave him the dimentions and he is making a peice for me to wrap all the way over to go with the rally kit.

He is on here too but check out his site, The peice you are looking for is not on the site but email him and im sure youll get what your looking for

Our Dark Charcoal is very close, but I would not use it directly next to your trunk stripes. You could replace the trunk stripes and I can make you a spoiler piece whatever length you need.

Is this a dead on match? It's going to be right against the trunk stripe...and I have OCD, so if it's "off" it'll drive me nuts.

I was already considering just restriping the trunk only, but again....it'll drive me nuts that the hood and trunk won't match.

Here is our Dark Charcoal Vinyl next to Cyber Grey Paint......

The center of the Bowtie is our Vinyl the rest is the factory Cyber Grey Paint. Remember, your Hood is 6 or so feet away.......

Ridergraphix was able to cut longer stripes for my MPD1 spoiler. You'll need about 12 inches for it. I'm going to see my installer today, and with any luck I'll have them installed soon. Just need to make sure the dreaded paint chipping issue isn't too bad when I pull the stock spoiler after work today...
