Ok so on a more serious and less sarcastic note.....

Why is it so damn important for everyone interested in having a handheld tuner?

You can get a cheap laptop anywhere, or more than likely already have one. Grab the tune from Vince, have him fine tune and install. It takes less than 2 mins to install his tunes.

The only advantage of havin this done is if they are able to enhance engine performance. The engine has been out since the Cadillac CTS and guess what? No advancements over the last 3-4 years. Just ask the guys who made the SC for the CTS. The had to use a standalone ECM to get the SC to work because they didn't realize Trifecta was already doing the work.

Naturally aspirated, there is nothing more to be had from the ECM. The TCM is the only thing you can mess with by reducing TQ management, changin shift points and making the manual shifts firmer.

Oh wait now I sound like a broken record.....sarcasm is back.

So what's the big deal about a handheld tuner?

Done.... and for the record, screw the high dollar tune, and the extra money for a cable, and all the email crap. I'm tired of hearing how Vince is some guru, and someone just needs to get this done. The arguement is old and done. This is like the 50th forum on pumping the Trifecta name. Let's move on and get someone else to glorify.

The deal is I don't want to carry a computer to switch tunes for nitrous... I want a handheld to stay in the car, and is made just for tuning... don't need something with my taxes, home photos ,porn and anything else I don't want in a tuner.

Don't preach to the choir............tell the vendors and suppliers to create the tune. Otherwise Trifecta is the only game in town, whether you want to hear it or not.

Yeah coz Mick Jagger has lips bigger than your MRT2 tips , but not all V6rs are into MRT2, Axle rose - for example- sounds like a Corsa .
