Unfortunately we're not going to be able to make it to the event, so I just canceled 1 room at the Courtyard and 1 and the Fairfield. So call in fast to get them.

Called last night to book a room for Friday night and Saturday. The lady couldn't find the group rate. She asked me for the name of the person it was booked under.

I made the reservation at the normal rate and she noted that I should get the group rate on the reservation. Anyone successful in booking this hotel?

I apologize, we were only able to secure the rate for Thurs. through Sun.

Just so you know... any reservations made after March 14 were supposed to be full price. Thanks to Auto Agenda for getting a hotel this late with the discounted rate.

I wish there was more I could do. But we're not in a position to negotiate this close to the event.
